Nike honours ‘Greek Freak’ with basketball hoop on the top of Mount Olympus

Popular sports brand Nike has honoured NBA’s Most Valuable Player for 2018-19 Giannis Antetokounmpo, creating a video with a basketball hoop on top of Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece.

In the 30 second video created and published by Nike, you can hear “Giannis, Giannis, Giannis” being chanted, as the camera shows footage of Mount Olympus and then it zooms into the basketball hoops, with a strong message: “Fate can start you at the bottom, dreams can take you to the top.”

The company posted the video on Twitter, saying, “To make it to the top, put your dreams to work. To celebrate @Giannis_An34‘s MVP rise, we took this hoop to the top of Mount Olympus–the highest point in Greece. #giannis#nike#justdoit.”
